Jacque Bermejo Victim of Fraud?

I posted an article about Jacque's rude comment about the recent calamity that happened in our country. While browsing I've read on some forums that she is victim of fraud and someone is using her name to ruin her reputation. I got this statement of hers from www.pinoyambisyoso.com. One thing I noticed, her statement below is in good english compare to the comment in facebook. It is up to you guys if you would believe her or not.

This is my real account please help disseminate.
I am issuing this statement to clear my name in the current controversy in which I allegedly posted a highly insensitive and offensive message on the social networking website, Facebook, in relation to the victims of typhoon Ondoy that recently struck parts of the Philippines.

About two years ago, an anonymous source created these accounts using my identity, posting my personal details, my real pictures captioned roughly and attacking other people. Because of these incidents, I reported such abuses and sent my credentials to the administrators of such sites, particularly Facebook. I have been abused and am still being abused online in social networking websites such as Facebook, Friendster, Multiply etc.

In the early stages, I was advised by close friends to ignore the situation, saying this would simply go away. Unfortunately, it has not stopped. Hence, I filed a complaint with the Dubai Police about eight months ago hoping they could help me with my problem. Should anyone wish to check my statement, my case is still under investigation with said authorities.

Time passed and these sites continued to generate malicious, obscene and cruel messages that are widely exposed and relayed to the public under my name.

Yesterday, September 27th 2009, I received phone calls from my close friends regarding very alarming posts in the above mentioned websites that directly offended flood victims as a result of typhoon Ondoy.
These malicious statement(s) which are posted under account names Jacque or Jackie are not of my doing. It is unfortunate that such statements were maliciously attributed to me and I do sympathize and understand the adverse and somehow verbally violent reaction that has been elicited by such insensitive statements or posts. Rest assured, I have taken every legal step that can be done in this regard.

I too, have become a victim as much as those who may have lost their lives and properties to such a devastating natural calamity. This recent controversy has greatly affected my reputation, my family, and my friends. I am devastated and shocked at the extent my character, my personal information and private space have been violated.

I have a deep respect and regard for my country. I am proud to be a Filipino and would never say or do anything to harm the interest of my country or countrymen. I have also had the privilege of participating in civic-oriented activities in Dubai, particularly in trying to help my fellow countrymen seek employment during the height of mass layoffs brought about by the ongoing global financial crisis, as well as those seeking employment for the first time. Making a mockery of any unfortunate incidents befalling any of my fellow Filipinos is simply contrary to my character. I condemn the person or persons behind these malicious acts to impute damage on my integrity and I hope that you can dig deep into your hearts and minds to truly find the truth in all these.

Jacque Bermejo More Cruel than Storm Ondoy?

Tropical Storm Ondoy hits the Philippines a few days ago causing death and put the country under water. Last September 27 according to the news there are already 51 dead and 53 missing. Most houses are under water and people are waiting for rescue on the roof of their houses. Good thing a lot of people are also donating to help the victims of the said disaster. You can watch a video from CNN on this link showing how severe the flood is.

OFWs are very worried about their family here in the Philippines but there was this lady whom I think left the country because nobody loves her anymore. Jacque Bermejo is the talk of the town in facebook. While everyone is saddened because of the said flood she was able to give this comment.

Colgate not Available at SM

I usually buy our groceries at SM supermarket. I noticed that there is no Colgate. At first I thought they are out of stock but then when I came back they are not available again. Then one day one of my officemate told me that he read on inquirer about the issue between SM and Colgate-Palmolive. It is not only Colgate which is not available but all Colgate-Palmolive products. I don't patronize palmolive so I didn't notice it. It was only then I realized that axion is also their product that is why it is not available as well.

I searched online about their issue and you can read the news on this link. They have billing issues that is not yet settled. On the article it says that SM is insisting on a payment period that is beyond normal for FMCG items.

SM is almost everywhere so a lot of people are shopping there. Although it is convenient to go there if you notice their products is actually higher compare to other stores like Robinson, Walmart, Puregold, Landmark etc. They don't have much competitor on each location so they can demand from their clients. I've read in pinoyexchange about how SM would ask for donation to promote their 3 day sale. They would also asked for donation when they will open a new branch, she said it is called opening support. If the client would not pay SM would not order items from them. The source was from a lady who worked as a sales rep for manufacturing company handling SM accounts.

It looks like SM is trying to monopolize the market. They had this issue before with Star Cinema as well. I hope there would be more competitors near SM vicinities. It just so happen that there competitor is not as big as they are and cannot put up a store everywhere.

Valuebux - Scam??

I have mention before that I am trying different PTC (Pay to Click). Neobux is one of those that I actually received a payment.

Valuebux is one of those PTC that I am testing. They should allow standard member to cashout once they reach $5. I was really excited but then when I try to withdraw I got this message "No Payment Method Available at This Moment." I searched online and a lot of people had experienced this. One website mention that the admin said that he needs to discontinue the site because of debt. Well I would put this PTC to nonpaying PTCs.

Greenwich Extreme Cheese

Last week after strolling in the mall. I asked my mom to try Greenwich Extreme Cheese Pizza. I am curious because it looks delicious in the commercial. We ordered a double size pizza. I find it small though it has 6 slices. It really has a lot of pepperoni but cheese for me looks the same. It taste great, I would like to try the other flavor next time.

Footprints in the Sand

I love this poem. I remember seeing this on one of the wall display at my grandma's house before. Several authors were claiming that they wrote the poem. For me it doesn't matter who the author is. What is more important is the contents of it.

Footprints on the Sand

One night a man had a dream
He dreamed he was walking along with the Lord
Across the sky flashed scenes from his life
For each scene he noticed two sets of foot prints in the sand
One belonging to him and the other to the Lord

When the last scene of his life flashed before him
He looked back at the footprints in the sand
He noticed that many times along the path of his life
There was only one set of footprints
He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times in his life

This really bothered him
And he questioned the Lord about it
"Lord, you said that once I decided to follow you,
You'd walk with me all the way.
But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life,
There is only one set of footprints.
I don't understand why I needed you most you would leave me."

The Lord replied
"My son, my precious child,
I love you and I would never leave you.
During your times of trial and suffering,
When you see only one set of footprints,
It was then that I carried you."

Money Through Blogging

Still on ML and I don't have money to pay some bills. I decided then to withdraw my little earnings from blogging.

Since the total did not reach 7K PHP there is a charge of P50. I was waiting for an email for the transfer and its already Friday and I don't have any email yet. I decided then to check paypal website and there I saw it was completed on September 8. I checked my BDO online and I noticed that they charge P200 for the transfer. So in total I got P250 charge from paypal and BDO. I also forgot to mention that paypal exchange rate is lower. I think I saw P47 something and the current exchange rate is P48 something.

Thanks to my bestfriend who introduced me to blogging. There is money through blogging. I am a newbie so my earning is really small. That earning that I got started March of this year. Anyway I cannot get P6k anywhere. I hope next time I would earn more. If you wanted extra income try blogging.

Do not Marry If...

In the book Love Life For Every Married Couple by Ed Wheat it mentions 3 things that you need to consider before getting married.

1. Physically

Do not marry if you are not physically ready. This means you are ready to leave your parents and start your own family. Most Filipinos live with their parents after marriage. This is not good in building good relationship. You will not have privacy and develop an intimacy with each other. No matter how close you are with your parents there are some things that you as couple should only share.

2. Emotionally

Do not marry if you are not emotionally ready. When you get married you should be emotionally independent of your own family. You should not put on your mind the idea of going back to your mom when problem occurs. It should be your partner who should fill your emotional needs and vice versa.

3. Financially

Do not marry if you are not financially ready. You should be able to maintain a household. 50% of couples who separates are because of financial issue.

Pimple Inside Nose

I once heard on a radio station about the question "Which would you prefer, a pimple on your nose or inside your nose?" A lot of callers called in giving their opinion. Most of the people who chose inside their nose are conscious about their looks. Of course it is very annoying and very unlikely to have a big red spot on your nose. Others prefer to have the ugly look instead of bearing the pain. They said it is very painful because the inner part of our nose is sensitive.

My nose is quite painful today; guess what, I have PIMPLE INSIDE MY NOSE!!!! Waaaaah! It is not that swollen yet but I am afraid maybe after a day or two it may get very painful. If you have any idea of what I can do to cure or lessen the pain please post your comment. Thanks. @_@

Be Thankful

In the past few days I'm annoyed with those people who owe me few bucks of money. I am on maternity leave and I don't have source of income. All of them have their own reasons. I am telling my husband how come they don't pay and it's been more than months now.

Then one morning I decided to open my black book, "The Bible." I remembered we are not attending church for a few months now. As a read God's word there was this verse that helps me release the bad feeling that I have for those people who owed me.

"Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have because God has said Never will I leave you, Never will forsake you."
Hebrews 13:5

The Lord let me realized that I should not be annoyed with them. Instead I should be thankful for all the blessings that I have. We were able to pay the hospital bills when I give birth, we eat complete meal everyday, we were able to provide David's need at school, baby Danielle's need like milk, diapers, expensive vaccine etc., we all have good health etc. I have a lot of things to be thankful for. Despite of me not being a good servant of God. I don't deserve a lot from Him but He is providing everything that we need. I asked God for forgiveness and praise Him for His amazing love.
