Andoks Meals to Go

I worked at night and everyday we wait for our shuttle service in front of an Andok's Restaurant. It is only a small branch but you will never see the store without  a customer. They have 4 tables with 4 chairs for dine in.

One thing that we notice is the price of their Andoks Meals to go. I find really inappropriate. See the menu below:

How come if you order their meals to go the price is quite high. I was thinking because it is for take out to pay for the styro but even if you dine in they are using the same price.

Well, I was browsing my picture folders before I went to work this evening and I saw this picture. Isn't he handsome? (tsk tsk tsk). This was taken 2 yrs ago. It was our team bldg and we are on our way to Fontana. We stop by gasoline station and saw Dennis Trillo buying a sandwich at Subway. Rotavirus Vaccine

My child was scheduled to have a 'rotavirus vaccine.' I was told by our pedia that it will be an oral medicine and not an injection. She also told me that it is for her to avoid severe diarrhea that can cause babies to get hospitalized.

I tried to google it and I find out that almost all children in the US are infected with rotavirus before their 5th birthday. One thing that worried me is that is says online that babies should get at least 2 or 3 doses of it. Recommended first dose on 2 months of age and 2nd dose on 4 month. My baby was schedule to have her first dose last September. I was not able to bring her because I don't have money to pay for it. Our pedia told us that it cost P3000.

I just came back to work during that month from my maternity leave. For two months I don't have a salary, I thank God that we were able to survive. We are just starting from scratch with a lot of debts from my credit card and a lot of payable. I am planning to bring her to our pedia either this week or next week but she is already 4 months old. Will the vaccine still work? At 4th month she should be given 2nd dose of the rotavirus vaccine. I'll ask her doctor about it and I hope there will be no problem. I am also concern about the mild side effect of the vaccine. It says online that the baby might have a slight diarrhea or vomiting after the vaccine.

Halloween Party 09

Last October 30, 2009, we had our Halloween Party at work. We started decorating our office a week before the event. We are lucky enough that we are given 1hour off the phone to celebrate.

It was a fun day. When I came in most of the guys are already wearing their costumes. Last year I was not able to enjoy it because of the queue and I did not even wear a costume. This time time I am a witch with an orange hair, hehehe. Check out our pictures below.

Out of my Mind

Last Sunday I was really out of my mind. It was November1 and most people are in the cemetery visiting their loved ones. I was thinking it was a normal day. I told my husband that we will bring Danielle to her Pedia to have a vaccine. Her doctor's clinic is at SM Southmall with a schedule of 11am - 4pm. We arrived at SM before 10am so that we can have Danielle listed early. Her doctor have a lot of patients, if we will not arrive early we will end up waiting for about 2hours on the queue.

Well, there are a lot of people waiting for the opening of SM which is normal. We went to other side of the mall where you can enter if you are going to the the clinic, Casa Medica. To our suprise we were told that both SM and the clinic will open at 12noon. It was then I realized that it is a holiday.

We decided then to eat at Jollibee near SM and wait hoping that her doctor will also arrive. You are right, the doctor is not there. We just bought a new keyboard and buy David an ice cream then we went home. I guess me and my husband are both out of our mind. He did not remind me that it is a holiday.
