"Valid ID po, ma'am." The lady irately says she doesn't have a valid ID.She makes a really loud voice and says this is the first time she was asked for an ID. wow! I guess because of too much pride she felt insulted. The poor cashier girl went to customer service and went back stating that without a valid ID they will not honor her credit card. The lady get all her IDs and spread it in front of the cashier and shouted "Process it, now!." She had a valid ID but then she did not present it just because she was already irate on the start. There really people who are hard to understand.
If she only know that it is for her own security. There are a lot of victims of cc fraud today. If you lost it someone can swipe it and make a purchase. If the store requires a valid ID then it will avoid people using cc of not their own.
